About Us

Denise Ciarlo, M.A., C.C.C.-SLP, is the Director of The Speech Pathology Learning Center. Ms. Ciarlo has more than 30 years of experience working with children with speech, language, learning, traumatic brain injury and auditory processing disorders. She works extensively with parents in order to support the child in the home. This speech therapist works with adults with voice concerns, traumatic brain injury and memory concerns.

Ms. Ciarlo has been in private practice since 1980 and has worked in many venues including neuromuscular centers, public and private schools and bilingual programs. She received her training and education from Western Washington University. She is currently pursuing a doctorate with studies in the brain and intuition.

Ms. Ciarlo is a member of American Speech-Language Hearing Association and the Academy of Private Practice in Speech Pathology and Audiology.
